ROCKONSIN 2024 State Finals will be held at Summerfest, The World’s Largest Music Festival.
The ROCKONSIN State Finals will be conducted on June 28 & June 29 on the Summerfest Aurora Pavilion Stage. Five bands on each day (12:15pm – 2:45pm) will each perform 20-minute showcase sets. The 10 statewide finalist bands will be announced on May 15th. Summerfest dates are June 20 – 22; June 27 – June 29; July 4 – 6.
The winner & runner-up will each receive a prize-winning 45-minute Summerfest showcase gig on July 6 on the Aurora Pavilion Stage (runner-up: 12:45pm – 1:30pm; winner: 2:00pm – 2:45pm ). The winner & runner-up bands will also each receive professional studio recording time at Madison’s Blast House Studios (runner-up: 8 hours; winner: 12 hours) – bands must use their recording time within one year and with the original band.
Each of the 10 state finalist bands will receive a Shure vocal and instrument microphone with cords. The winning band will also receive a Shure wireless vocal microphone.
